Dual Circulation: a New Structural Economics view of development

This paper provides a detailed account of China’s Dual Circulation Development Paradigm and examines its theoretical foundation from the perspective New Structural Economics approach. The purpose this is to shift focus foreign domestic circulation as major driving force for sustainable development, emphasize importance positive reciprocal relationship between international economic circulations. argues that aim facilitate qualitative leap in industrial upgrading achieve both higher-quality higher-level circulation. By explaining development thinking Chinese policy-makers’ perspective, also casts light on growth issues facing other countries.
